My name is Shelly Sieligowski and I’m a Licensed Social Worker with a background in trauma-informed care and a foundation in psychodynamic therapy. I work with clients 12+ in Colorado Springs, Colorado. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not about returning to “functional,” but uncovering the unconscious patterns that shape our lives and relationships. I don’t offer quick fixes or prescriptive treatment plans. Instead, I create space for exploration, meaning-making, and transformation. I take a relational, non-pathologizing stance that honors your unique story and resists the idea that people are problems to fix. I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients (including trans and nonbinary folks), neurodivergent individuals, and survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Therapy with me is collaborative and creative, a space to heal within and build the life you want beyond “functional” or survival. We will discover what works for you and will incorporate creative tools like art and mindfulness when useful.
